What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an international Technical Support or IT Support position where I can troubleshoot user, workstation, software, and network issues while continuing to develop my systems and information security skills.

I've supported workstations, user accounts, local networks, and IT infrastructure as an IT Support Intern and Junior System Administrator at Fregat Shipyard.

I troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems, configure software and antivirus solutions, diagnose connectivity issues, and assist with network equipment configuration. My Information Security background also includes developing and testing a honeypot for my bachelor's thesis.

At FINFORT, I handled customer requests through CRM systems, consulted customers, exceeded sales targets, and helped onboard new employees. I'm pursuing a master's degree in Applied AI Systems and looking for an international Technical Support or IT Support role.
