In my recent role as a Technician with the BEFIT Project, I played a crucial part in deploying EdTech solutions across Malawi, enhancing educational outcomes for underserved communities. My experience as a Quality Assurance Tester further honed my attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring that all technology deployed met the required standards. Additionally, my internship at the Ministry of Education provided me with hands-on experience in technical support, hardware troubleshooting, and network installation, solidifying my expertise in the ICT field.
