What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT or network-focused role where I can configure, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure, support users and connected devices, and help maintain reliable operations.

I've supported reliable IT operations at Dowa District Council and Malawi Telecommunications Limited through network administration, systems support, and technical troubleshooting.

At Malawi Telecommunications Limited, I configured switches, routers, radio NanoBeams, and VoIP gateways. I monitored connectivity, maintained VoIP telephone systems, conducted network surveys, and documented network topologies.

At Dowa District Council, I assisted with network-device and computer-system installation, configuration, maintenance, and support for desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from the Malawi University of Science and Technology, with academic grounding in networking, information security, server administration, databases, programming, and business systems.
