At Airtel Malawi, I coordinate materials, appointments, and installer teams for a 5G network deployment project. I track job tickets and installation progress, and support completion within scheduled timeframes.

Through broadband support collaboration, I assisted with wireless installations and troubleshooting, gaining exposure to Cambium wireless links and satellite-based systems. I also supported equipment alignment, configuration, and performance checks under supervision.

At National economic empowerment fund limited (NEEF), I collected, cleaned, and maintained beneficiary data, using Excel and digital tools for record management while handling sensitive information confidentially.

At Pothawira Christian Mission Organization, I installed and maintained network infrastructure, supported users, and delivered training in computer systems and networking. I also installed local area networks at pharma care pharmacies and Pothawira Christian mission organization, and have an Advanced Diploma in IT Systems Support from Salima Technical College.
