I launched Vietnam's first Comprehensive Personal Accident Insurance product with lifestyle benefits, secured 10,000+ policies in three months, scaled Grab goods insurance to VND 5 billion per month, and reduced claim cycles to three days. I also bring project delivery experience from Whitespace, where I led Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and Scrum teams across pharmacy and retail clients.
