I am a hands-on technical support specialist with deep experience in VoIP activations, device troubleshooting, and onboarding. I have led activation and rollout projects for enterprise clients and improved operational processes to raise efficiency and installation success.

I redesigned and authored end-to-end activation training curricula, created user-friendly materials and scripts for device turn-ups and porting, and guided teams through advanced VoIP and POTS wiring troubleshooting. I’ve served as technical lead on large deployments and stepped into supervisory roles during leadership absences.

I bring strong customer-facing skills honed across high-volume retail and remote support environments, a background in audio technology, and practical knowledge of systems and collaboration tools to help teams scale technical capability and deliver reliable service.
