At Western Vicbeck Enterprise, I managed the customer lifecycle from product inquiries and recommendations through post-sale follow-up. I maintained customer records, addressed complaints, and contributed creative pitches and presentations for product launches.

At Imaginary Concept IT Solutions, I provided first- and second-line support for hardware and software issues and maintained the organization’s IT infrastructure. I also installed and updated applications and operating systems, and tracked equipment and licenses.

At AMS Internet & Graphic Design Cafe, I designed logos and marketing materials for print and digital use with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDraw. I’m also interested in AI systems and open to freelance or part-time AI training and content annotation projects; I create AI-generated art and cinematic content as KobbiTheoart and build mobile apps using AI-assisted tools.
