Across Sierra Cedar, Cinntra Infotech Solutions, Mastek/Evosys, Deloitte, EY, and Evolutionary Systems, I've delivered full Oracle Fusion HCM lifecycles spanning discovery, solution design, configuration, UAT, training, go-live, and post-go-live support. I focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo-to-ORC migrations, Talent, Core HR, onboarding, and integrations with payroll, job portals, IDM, Fidelity, and other third-party applications.
I've also designed Taleo integrations using TCC scripts and developed OTBI reports for ORC and Taleo, while helping clients re-engineer processes for digital platforms.
