I've delivered Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support work for Virtusa, Mastek, Emerson Electric, Hexaware, and Infoblox. My work spans Core HR, Global HR, ORC, Compensation, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
I design HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, BI reports, and custom reporting templates in ETEXT, PDF, and CSV. I also build Fast Formulas, workflows, flexfields, value sets, lookups, user-defined tables, and security roles.
At Emerson Electric, I supported Global HR, Compensation, and Talent Management while handling Payroll Batch Loader mass data loading. Across projects, I've used HDL to load Oracle eBiz data into Fusion HCM and delivered reporting and testing support.
