I've led Oracle Cloud and EBS delivery engagements at Oracle GSC and Oracle Consulting Solution Center since 2008, spanning SaaS, PaaS, integrations, extensions, reporting, data migration, and post-go-live support.
I manage high-pressure delivery phases including dress rehearsals, cutover readiness, production migration, and hypercare. My work brings functional, technical, migration, reporting, integration, and customer teams together through structured governance, RAID management, and clear stakeholder communication.
I've managed Oracle Cloud transformation and support programs for organizations including Prosegur, ICA, UNHCR, BCC, Berkeley Group, Clinigen, and UEM. At UEM, I led delivery of a Service Procurement bolt-on solution that was harvested in the IP Portal and recognized with a Bronze Medal.
My Oracle foundation covers Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, RICE components, FBDI, OTBI, Fusion BI, integrations, extensions, SQL, and PL/SQL. I bring experience across supply chain, finance, manufacturing, government, welfare, nonprofit, retail, and other enterprise environments across EMEA and APAC.
