What I'm looking for
I’m an HR & Oracle HCM Associate Consultant with 5+ years of experience across HR operations, talent management, and HR digital transformation. I bring a people-centric, data-driven approach to implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that improve employee experience.
Currently, I work on Oracle HCM implementations and support modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Time & Labor, and Absence Management. I collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical consultants to gather requirements, map HR processes, and translate workflows into functional configurations.
I’m hands-on with CRP sessions, daily status calls, and UAT activities—preparing Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), tracking action items, and ensuring alignment between client expectations and system capabilities. I also support performance management configuration, including goal-setting structures, rating calculations, approval workflows, and ESG goals standardization.
On the technical side, I work with Fast Formula analysis and troubleshooting for performance rating calculations, validations, and business rules related to goal weights, competencies, and HR legal compliance policies. I also support data validation, migration testing, historical data review, and preparation of configuration notes, test scenarios, and user guidance materials to enable adoption and smooth handover.
