At Deloitte Consulting, I lead the Core HR value stream for an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, from design and build through testing, go-live, and hypercare. I also drive quarterly Redwood and AI Agents release readiness, and resolved 50+ Core HR defects and service requests.
