As a general manager, I oversaw multi-site commercial operations, grew sales, and implemented systems that improved operational efficiency. This experience has strengthened my ability to manage operations effectively, support teams, and ensure that systems and processes function smoothly to meet organisational needs.

Previously, I applied my ICT background to successfully design, implement, and lead an ICT for development business for 8 years. During that time I was leading donor-funded research and development projects, specializing in program design, compliance, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement. I have led multi-country initiatives, built digital agri-tech platforms, secured donor funding, and managed teams to deliver high-impact programs on time and on budget.
