What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can manage accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve client outcomes, and grow across customer success, marketing, operations, and administration.

At Bizycorp / EKWA Marketing, I manage 80+ client accounts as a Marketing Success Manager, coordinating client communication, health checks, performance reviews, reporting, and follow-through with internal marketing teams.

I progressed from Customer Success Associate to Executive Assistant to the Sales Director, supporting close to 100 client accounts and coordinating meetings, trackers, stakeholder communication, priorities, and issue resolution.

Previously, I processed Amazon insurance claims at WebAppClouds Sri Lanka and managed and mentored 30+ tutors at Third Space Global. I bring organized communication, accurate documentation, problem solving, and cross-functional coordination to fast-paced client-facing work.
