I am a senior customer care executive and merchandiser with more than six years of overseas exposure, experienced in retail management, bulk merchandising and customer-facing roles.
I manage large volumes of customer communications, assess and resolve customer needs, and build sustainable relationships while overseeing back-office administration and local teams.
As a merchandiser I handled flat-knit and fabric bulk orders for major buyers (NEXT, M&S, Tesco, Debenhams, George, Levi’s, Guess), coordinating development through final delivery and participating in production and pre-production meetings.
I have a strong background in store leadership and operations, including assistant and store manager roles focused on maximizing sales, staff training, performance management and delivering excellent in-store customer experiences.
