I am a product manager with over nine years of experience in banking operations, MIS, compliance and product delivery within a major private bank. I translate business needs into clear requirements, track project progress, and introduce features that improve operational outcomes.

In my current product management role I manage individual loan projects (Novopay and Lentra), create and validate requirements, design test cases, and coordinate development and integration of new modules. I handle queries and compliance across 1,200+ branches, driving adoption and reducing issues.

Previously I served as Compliance Manager leading teams responsible for MIS, collections support, reconciliations and fraud reporting, and I delivered projects such as SMS alerts, voice blasts and dunning letters that improved collection performance and reduced delinquency. I also led manual and digital receipts reconciliation and ensured audit-ready reporting.

I hold an MCA and have strong MS Office/Excel skills, MIS automation experience, UAT/testing capabilities, and a track record of process design, documentation and training development to support front-line users and senior management decision-making.
