I’m looking to lead banking or financial-services product and operations initiatives where I can improve processes, drive digital adoption, strengthen controls, develop teams, and deliver better customer outcomes.

At HDFC Bank, I lead the pan-India Commercial Vehicle product team, partnering with Credit, Risk, Legal and Compliance to improve policies, customer experience and profitability. I drove Digital Agreement implementation to 60% adoption, earning the Silver Star of the Quarter award.
