What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can manage insurance claims end-to-end and support customers with billing and service updates. I’m at my best in fast-moving environments, working under pressure, learning new systems, and adapting quickly.

I’m a customer service professional with 5 years of industry experience, and I understand the ins and outs of fast-paced client support. I started in TalkTalk Technical Support, helping customers resolve technical issues by running diagnostics and assisting with billing queries.

Most recently, I’ve been working as a Claims Advisor, registering new claims and supporting existing ones with questions, updates, and cancellations. I also handle claims end-to-end—responding to inquiries, processing claim notifications, collecting accurate documents, analyzing policy conditions, and explaining why a claim is or isn’t covered—while remaining calm, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
