What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a seasonal H-2B or international hospitality leadership opportunity within a U.S. resort or hotel, where I can lead teams, deliver premium VIP guest service, and drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

I’m a Hospitality leader with 19 years of progressive experience across aviation and luxury tourism. I currently serve as a Customer Service Team Leader/ supervisor and Customer Experience Ambassador at Signature Aviation, leading hospitality operations for premium VIP guests.

I supervise and develop teams of 24+ staff, coaching, mentoring, and delivering performance evaluations to strengthen service excellence. I coordinate VIP arrivals and departures, manage lounge operations, and standardize amenities and office processes to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

I’ve earned strong results, including facilitating achievement of Signature Certification with a 94.4% passing rate.
