I’m looking to leverage my 2IC/Acting Team Leader experience to lead a customer service team—coaching others to exceed targets while maintaining empathetic, accountable service quality.

I’m a motivated, results-driven call centre professional with over five years of experience delivering excellent customer service, including acting as 2IC and Acting Team Leader. I monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, and help teams reach and exceed targets through coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
