What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can design and deliver inclusive training, lead multi-language translation/research projects, and support organizational capacity building in development and disability sectors.

I am an experienced trainer, translator and researcher with more than 10 years delivering training, translation, writing and consultancy services across development, disability and governance sectors.

I hold an MA in Public Management and a BA in Business Management, and I have authored four published books plus numerous articles. I have led national-level training programs and produced multi-language translations and research documents for universities, NGOs and government bodies.

My work includes large translation projects (multi-language surveys, training manuals, sign language history and dictionaries), consecutive interpretation at international events, and designing and delivering entrepreneurship and inclusion trainings.

I am recognized as a master trainer for the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia, an Acumen East Africa 2017 fellow, and a steering committee member for Pan-African Youth with Disabilities; I combine subject-matter expertise with strong multilingual communication and project delivery skills.
