I am seeking roles where I can lead M&E and research initiatives, provide counseling and training, and contribute to program design and evidence-based decision-making in a collaborative, impact-driven organization.

I am a social psychologist and researcher with extensive experience in counseling, monitoring and evaluation, and operational leadership in education and consultancy settings.

I have led evaluations, written technical proposals, supervised data collection, and conducted qualitative and quantitative data analysis for development projects across Ethiopia.
