I've helped grow Snap! Mobile from an early-stage startup to a $70M ARR K-12 athletics and activities platform, progressing from the second in-office hire to Senior Director of Product. I led product across a platform serving 8,000+ organizations and helped consolidate six standalone offerings into a three-tier SaaS subscription.

I built Snap!'s shared-services foundation, including a graph-based Neo4j organizational model, user directory, PCI-compliant banking, integrated communications, and acquisition integration architecture. I also launched Snap! Drive from 0→1 in under ten months, reaching daily use across a 200+ person field organization.

My work connects customer behavior to practical product decisions: I established a customer advisory board and roughly 100K-user research panel, productized an untracked sales technique projected to add $795K–$1.06M annually, and built fundraising governance workflows used across 1,200+ organizations.

I'm currently the sole product and technical lead for Current, an AI-powered book discovery and reading management platform. I'm building its recommendation, catalog, discovery, library, and search experiences while using reader ratings, notes, and negative signals to keep human judgment ahead of model output.
