Created the data model for a finance application and built multiple Lightning Web Components, including user and admin components. Integrated daily invoices and purchase orders from SAP, implemented Omni-Channel and Salesforce Flows, and supported CTI/CI-CD tooling (Natterbox, Gearset) for phone-channel functionality.

Founded and leads Saika Elisabeth Foundation e.V., supporting children and families in Cameroon through education, community health, and economic well-being initiatives.

Delivered Salesforce developer training, including week-long DEV401 and DEV450 sessions and an online 6-week Trailhead Virtual Bootcamp (TVB450). Also ran online one-day virtual certification days.

Led migration from Classic to Lightning Experience across two separate instances and re-implemented Lightning-related components. Coordinated the change with Sales, Service, and Advertising, and built a GitHub Actions-based CI/CD pipeline during the migration phase.

Provided technical design and implementation in Visualforce and Apex for the World Economic Forum. Developed a fully branded Visualforce event management platform and built Apex triggers to automate tasks.

Developed backend and frontend game websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery/jQuery UI, Prototype, xAjax) and PHP. Performed code analysis and refactoring, and managed data with MySQL.
