I’m a 9x Salesforce-certified Consultant and Administrator based in Berlin, Germany, with 2 years of hands-on experience delivering remote-friendly CRM solutions across Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce. I work fluently in English (C2) and thrive in distributed, async teams.

My focus is translating complex stakeholder needs into scalable Salesforce configurations through requirements engineering, business process analysis, and BRD/user-story documentation. I’m comfortable acting as the interface between business strategy, UX, and technical implementation—especially when governance, data quality, and compliance matter.

In my current role, I deliver Salesforce Health Cloud for a healthcare client remotely, implementing a unified patient view and supporting GDPR-compliant care coordination with Flows, validation rules, and role-based access. Before that, I led an end-to-end Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud implementation for a healthcare NGO, including custom objects, automation, and leadership dashboards.

I also build practical impact through internships and programs: I managed a competitive remote Salesforce internship for recycling operations, automated inventory/order workflows with Flow Builder, and delivered KPI dashboards. As a volunteer Salesforce Instructor, I trained 20+ learners and earned recognition for teaching excellence.
