In my current role as Practice Manager at St. Petersburg Skin & Laser, I direct daily clinical and administrative flow—handling insurance verification, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, and accurate documentation for medical dermatology services. I also oversee cosmetic service operations, including consultations, treatment scheduling, patient education, and post-care follow-up, and I’ve improved cosmetic revenue by optimizing provider scheduling and strengthening patient education.

Throughout my experience—including Clinic Director and Spa leadership—I’ve built high-performing teams through hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
