What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations, combining international sourcing, supplier negotiation, ERP-driven process improvement, and data analysis to improve cost, reliability, and inventory performance.

At Meditalia, I manage the full procurement chain independently, from demand planning and international sourcing to supplier negotiation, logistics, and import customs clearance.

I source primarily from the Chinese market, negotiate pricing, lead times, volumes, certifications, and incoterms, and build long-term supplier partnerships. I use ERP systems daily to optimize purchasing flows and monitor procurement performance.

I develop demand-forecasting models, coordinate with Logistics and Production on stock and delivery reliability, and use data to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce holding costs. I also lead R&D activities for new products through patent filing and apply 8D problem-solving to prevent recurring customer complaints.

Previously, I managed store performance at Lidl and warehouse operations at Amazon Italia Logistica, using KPIs, staffing plans, and continuous-improvement actions to support commercial and operational targets.
