I lead Amazon Fulfillment Inventory Control and Quality Assurance operations, managing a 70-associate team with four team leads and two analysts in a high-volume, tech-driven environment.

I measure and analyze quality KPIs tied to inventory integrity, process accuracy, and customer satisfaction. I partner with cross-departmental leaders to implement quality-focused initiatives, optimize workflows, and maintain safe, inclusive, high-performance operations.

Previously, I built automated dashboards and weekly performance reports to track productivity and quality metrics. I used SQL, VBA, and JavaScript to investigate inventory deviations, support root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement alongside Loss Prevention.

My background spans labor allocation, associate coaching, shift hand-offs, customer-return escalations, concession KPI reporting, and resolving complex inventory discrepancies. I'm currently completing a Computer Science degree and enjoy using data and technology to streamline processes and enable rapid business growth.
