At Vodafone Intelligent Solutions, I drive strategic connectivity initiatives within Vodafone's NaaS Programme, coordinating platform development and connectivity feature integration under constant delivery pressure.

I've managed cybersecurity compliance assessments for Fixed Connectivity products generating €540 million annually, achieving a 3.94 out of 4 compliance score. I also led Cisco SD-WAN projects exceeding €4 million in budget and €42 million in annual revenue, coordinating more than 20 stakeholders.

Previously at Vodafone Romania, I delivered end-to-end ICT and IoT solutions for Vodafone Business customers. During the pandemic, I led the €11 million “Scoala de acasa” initiative, delivering tablets to students across Romania with a team of more than 50 people and direct reporting to the CEO; the work earned me a Vodafone Global Heroes title.
