At T-SYSTEMS ROMANIA, I supported the European Commission’s Simpl: Cloud-to-Edge Data Spaces initiative as Senior Scrum Master, while also taking on Project Management and Product Ownership responsibilities. I was the primary team-side interface with the client during Planning, Refinement and Review meetings.
Earlier at T-SYSTEMS ROMANIA and TRANSILVANIA BANK — DIGITAL INNOVATION DIVISION, I facilitated Scrum delivery, coached teams and Product Owners, and supported backlog management and cross-team coordination. I’ve worked with Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, using Jira metrics to support delivery predictability and continuous improvement.
