I’m an IT Support Specialist with 4+ years of experience delivering first- and second-level support to international users. I specialize in troubleshooting across Active Directory, ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure environments.
In my most recent role, I supported both software and hardware for end users, managing user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory. I also worked with Microsoft Azure and Exchange Online administration, resolved access and endpoint issues, and used Baramundi tools for remote troubleshooting and access provisioning.
Previously, as a Senior Support Engineer, I managed access control in ServiceNow by granting and removing system access for roles across multiple platforms.
