What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Customer Success role in a technical, international environment where I can own client onboarding, manage escalations and SLAs, and use my KYC/AML and legal-compliance understanding to support stakeholders end-to-end.

I’m a Junior Customer Success Manager with 4+ years of combined experience across technical support, legal compliance, and client relationship management in the crypto and technology sectors. I’ve built a reputation for managing stakeholders across technical, legal, and business levels, and I enjoy being the primary point of contact that keeps service moving.

In my current role as a Client Success & IT Support Specialist at Datamint LLC, I deliver 1st–3rd level technical support for hosting clients, resolve incidents, and help ensure service continuity. I coordinate with external hosting farms and vendors, manage expectations and SLAs across stakeholders, and communicate complex mining infrastructure changes by configuring and updating Miner Configs. I also organize and track repair workflows end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

My law background (Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.) strengthens my comfort with KYC/AML regulatory requirements, due diligence, and risk management. Previously, I provided in-house legal compliance and labour safety advisory, served as a liaison across legal, HR, and operations, and drafted and reviewed compliance documentation—skills I bring into cross-functional CSM collaboration. I’m also a long-term freelance Translation Consultant, owning client relationships from scoping to delivery, which keeps my client-first mindset consistent.
