What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success or client support role where I can use multilingual communication, stakeholder engagement, and administrative coordination to improve client experiences and support international teams.

I've managed high-volume outbound communication with C-level executives and industry stakeholders across Brazil and more than 24 African countries for Smart Connect Research.

I build relationships with prospective research participants through consultative calls, structured email campaigns, follow-up, and appointment scheduling. I handle objections and participation concerns professionally to support engagement in multinational research studies.

At UNICHRISTIAN School of Orlando, I provided first-line support to students and faculty, resolving academic and administrative inquiries while managing confidential student records and service requests.

I bring multilingual communication in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Yoruba, along with experience coordinating departments, translating academic documents, and supporting international students.
