I’m a solutions-driven ESG/Sustainability Manager with experience helping organizations improve productivity, efficiency, and “maximum yield.” I lead cross-functional teams to develop, document, and deliver process innovations that support business goals.

At Migrantcard Informatics CC, I annotate and label large volumes of data according to specified guidelines and quality standards. I collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to improve annotation quality and provide feedback on tools and guidelines. I also produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for business sustainability processes.

I manage customer loyalty solution enquiries and data processing for Easy Loyalty SA, ensuring exceptional customer service. I apply lean thinking to eliminate waste in sustainability processes, enforce KPIs and timeous reporting, and supervise invoice processing, debtor analysis, reconciliations, payments, and daily cash flow management. I also train, coach, and supervise 12 staff members while promoting a culture of sustainability through ongoing communication and education.

Earlier in my career, I built strong relationship and credit experience in commercial banking and energy-focused marketing at ZENITH BANK PLC, and in consumer banking at MAGNUM TRUST BANK PLC. I hold an MBA from Milpark Business School and I’m currently pursuing ESG investing certification (CFA Society United Kingdom) alongside “Climate Change: Financial Risks and Opportunities” (Imperial BusinessX).
