I’m a South African Finance Specialist and Sustainability Lead with 10+ years of experience across ESG, debt capital markets, and investment management. At TMFNL, I created an ESG strategy, materiality matrix and key KPIs, educated the EXCO on double materiality, and built action plans that supported a green bond issuance.
I also led ESG investment governance work, including developing an ESG investment governance framework for Triodos, and I advised on EU taxonomy protocol through close collaboration with finance teams. Earlier roles strengthened my commercial foundation as an ALM Trader and Investment Banker (DCM), where I traded instruments daily and helped lead bond issuances, while also pitching green bond frameworks and building Basel III-informed loan books.
