In my recent role, I managed 20–30 customer inquiries and cake orders daily via live chat, accurately capturing order details and following up on quotations and payments.

I also coordinated order fulfilment by communicating confirmed orders with baking, decorating, and logistics teams, tracking orders from inquiry through delivery, and providing updates while resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
