Kavya Manoj

I’m a results-driven Bioinformatics postgraduate and Genomics Data Analyst specializing in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), molecular docking, and computational genomics. I translate raw sequencing and multi-omics signals into reliable variant findings and research-ready insights.

In my genomics work, I perform end-to-end NGS pipelines—quality control, trimming, alignment, and variant calling—using tools like FastQC and Trimmomatic, and I automate workflows with Bash scripting. I also apply computational drug discovery approaches, including molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations in support of drug repurposing and efficacy validation.

I enjoy sharing what I learn through hands-on training and workshops in bioinformatics, genomics, transcriptomics, R programming, and web-based bioinformatics tools. I’m seeking to contribute to innovative genomics and biological data analysis projects in a research or healthcare environment.
