What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to leverage my teaching and HR skills to drive impactful educational initiatives and foster team development.

As a Teaching Associate with Teach For India, I have dedicated my efforts to fostering a supportive learning environment for elementary students from low-income backgrounds in Mumbai. My role involves developing engaging study materials and activities in collaboration with NGOs, ensuring that my students receive the best possible educational experience. I believe in the power of education to drive social change and work closely with fellow teachers and community stakeholders to create a lasting impact.

Previously, I interned at KennedyFitch in the Netherlands, where I collaborated with consultants on various client projects across Europe. My contributions included providing strategic HR insights, conducting research on HR trends and AI, and assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new interns. I also played a key role in designing a comprehensive team development program for Iveco, which has further honed my skills in HR strategy and program development.
