Thaleena Ponnan User

I’m an aspiring HR & L&D professional with a top-percentile academic background, three years of independent analytical research for UPSC, and hands-on experience coordinating clients, teaching, and delivering performance feedback. I’m currently pursuing the Professional Certificate in HR Management & Analytics at IIM Kozhikode, and I enjoy turning structured analysis into practical people outcomes.

In my Business Development Associate role, I managed end-to-end client communication—coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and relationship continuity. I also maintained CRM and lead-tracking records with high data accuracy to support pipeline visibility, and I communicate product/process information clearly to build trust.

As an Online Tutor for Grades 8–12, I mentored a cohort of up to 8 students using personalised lesson plans that improved assessment performance. I designed curriculum plans and progress-tracking systems using a data-driven approach to identify learning gaps, and I delivered regular structured feedback and performance reviews while coordinating multilingual scheduling and communication.

My UPSC research work strengthened my ability to synthesise complex information into evidence-based, structured arguments across Governance, Public Administration, Economics, and Ethics—skills I apply to HR analytics, workforce reporting, and policy-aligned thinking. I’m at my best in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where communication, tracking, and continuous improvement matter.
