Teej Jackson

I'm currently a senior manager at Bondi Bowls in Manchester, where I prepare food, lead shifts, manage rotas and stock counts, complete Trail checks, and coordinate site orders.

I've built broad hospitality leadership experience across YO! Sushi, Panku, Café Cotton, and Premier Inn. At Panku, I ran a sushi kiosk for Taiko Foods, hired and trained my own team, and managed food production, audits, stock orders, rotas, and health and safety responsibilities.

At YO! Sushi, I progressed from front-of-house and kitchen roles into team leadership and Sous Chef responsibilities. I managed shifts and larger teams, completed audits, created rotas, hired and interviewed staff, placed delivery orders, and independently ran weekly sushi schools for the public.

I enjoy creating a good atmosphere for customers and colleagues, working under pressure, and continuing to learn through new challenges. My experience also includes customer-facing sales and marketing campaigns, where I developed confident, tailored conversations with potential customers.
