I’m a reliable and hardworking chef with experience in fast-paced commercial kitchens. I progressed from Kitchen Porter to Sous Chef, which strengthened my skills in food preparation, teamwork, food hygiene, and working under pressure.
In busy service, I prepared and cooked dishes while supporting daily kitchen operations. I consistently maintained high food hygiene standards and helped with kitchen cleaning to keep the workplace running smoothly.
My approach is grounded in quality and safety: I maintain strict food hygiene and health & safety standards, stay attentive to detail, and manage time effectively to meet service needs. I’m comfortable working efficiently within a busy kitchen team and keeping standards high.
