At Buildas, I lead development of Levit8|CX, a multi-tenant AI customer-experience platform that brings email, live chat, and WhatsApp support into one inbox. I built its knowledge-grounded reply pipeline with OpenAI GPT-4o, LangChain, and Qdrant, and implemented usage-based Stripe billing and security controls that passed an independent CASA/ZAP assessment.
I also designed RTAIRIS, a multi-tenant risk and governance platform for financial-sector clients, with risk registers, approval workflows, and internal audit. It includes tenant-scoped, audit-logged AI assistance and real-time collaboration, and runs on GCP Cloud Run.
Across my work, I’ve built production systems from SaaS platforms to logistics tracking and internal operations tools. At James Cubitt Resources, I built a platform for tracking organizational deliverables and integrated Microsoft Graph and OpenAI-powered task extraction; as a freelancer, I independently built ShiipTracker, a subscription SaaS for logistics businesses.
