I’m looking for a high-volume customer support role where I can deliver compliant, accurate service, improve performance metrics, and confidently manage inbound calls—preferably with CRM-driven workflows and opportunities to grow in insurance, banking, or healthcare.

I’m a customer service and call center professional with experience across healthcare, banking, and insurance environments. In my current role at SelectQuote, I handle inbound calls, transfer qualified insurance leads, and maintain performance metrics and compliance standards in a high-volume setting.

Previously at TTEC (Bank of America), I assisted banking customers with account inquiries while handling high-volume inbound calls in a virtual environment. I followed banking compliance and security procedures to keep support accurate and secure.

Earlier, at Concentrix (Humana), I helped members with healthcare plan questions and benefits, documented customer interactions in CRM systems, and delivered high-quality customer support in a healthcare call center. I bring strong communication, problem solving, and data entry skills, with a customer-first mindset and reliable CRM documentation habits.
