I'm looking for opportunities where I can lead operations, build customer relationships, use data to improve results, and continue developing skills in criminal justice, legal research, and regulatory compliance.

At Aveda-Estée Lauder, I manage store operations, inventory, staff training, recruiting, social media marketing campaigns, and sales analysis using Power BI.

I've strengthened customer relationships through service, event outreach, and repeat-business loyalty while supporting daily cash management, opening and closing procedures, and revenue growth.

Alongside retail leadership, I work remotely with Fides Communication to generate AI-based contact leads, mine data, and organize prospect information using Seamless AI. I'm also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati.
