Seeking a remote or hybrid role in program management, operations, partnerships, community impact, or engagement. I bring experience in team leadership, multi-site program management, relationship building, project coordination, and process improvement. Open to new industries where my skills are transferable, with a target salary of $76K+.

At LDG Development, I lead the Austin area resident services team and guide program delivery across 14 communities. Our work delivered 1,700+ programs, engaged 25,423 participants, and secured $179,645 in donations and in-kind contributions.

As a Resident Services Coordinator, I designed and implemented community engagement programs across two affordable housing communities. I delivered 216 programs, engaged 6,760 participants, and secured $18,690 in donations and in-kind support.

Before LDG Development, I taught at Hays CISD and United Way, supporting students’ learning and families’ access to school readiness resources. I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching and certifications in education, trauma support, youth mental health first aid, instructional design, and TEFL.
