What I'm looking for

I'm looking for work where I can develop practical programs and resources, coordinate operations, support teams, and strengthen community-centered outcomes through clear communication and collaboration.

I'm supporting instructional planning, teacher mentoring, student transitions, and resource development at Mark White Elementary School and Houston ISD. I use performance data and classroom evidence to adapt approaches and support student growth.

Previously, I managed newsroom workflow, staff coordination, deadlines, and multi-platform publishing as Assistant Managing Editor at The Facts. I also organized community events and resource connections at Magnolia Acres and co-founded literacy outreach initiatives at Brazosport College.

I'm completing an MFA in Creative Writing while finalizing Texas teacher certification requirements, bringing strong writing, stakeholder engagement, training, and operational coordination to community-centered work.
