Sarah Coy

I've mentored and evaluated up to 90 teacher interns annually at Texas Teachers Alternative Certification Program, helping nearly all candidates earn certification.

My work spans campus leadership, curriculum, instruction, and teacher development. As an assistant principal at Lumberton Intermediate School, I managed operations serving more than 900 students, faculty, and administrators while coordinating state assessment compliance, behavior supports, and school-safety initiatives.

I'm currently coordinating women’s ministry programs, Bible studies, volunteer facilitators, and community-building opportunities in Texas. I also support employee engagement, retention, recognition, safety communications, and workplace culture for a family-owned company.

With an EdD in Leadership in Education Administration and current graduate study in Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring research, writing, mentoring, and relationship-building to programs that help people work toward clearly defined goals.
