What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-centered, fast-paced team where I can exceed customer expectations, support operations with strong attention to detail, and grow my responsibility—especially in hospitality, customer service, and client-focused roles.

I’m a people-first hospitality professional who strives to “not only accommodate but to exceed customer expectations.” In fast-paced environments, I greet guests, share specials and catches of the day, and keep service interactive and guest-centered.

Right now, I’m working as a Server at Jake & Henry’s, and I also serve as a Customer Liaison at Crab Island Watersports. I help check in customers, articulate the importance of safety on the water, and make sure their time on the water is the “utmost best experience.”

I bring a mix of client-facing and operational experience from roles like Bank Teller at Cadence Bank, where I managed accounts, updated information, handled deposits, and assisted with CD and new account onboarding. I also completed Tax Prep work at Jackson Hewitt, taking client paystubs and W2’s to support IRS filing and early tax refund advance needs with attention to laws and documentation.

Beyond hospitality and finance, I’ve worked in animal care as a Kennel Tech at What’s Up Dog—handling dogs “both size and temperament,” feeding, monitoring water bowls, and supporting retail and product/service knowledge. I’m trained in CPR/AED and boating-related certifications, and I’m known for being highly “people oriented” with leadership/managerial knowledge.
