I am looking for a role that allows me to grow and utilize my customer service skills.

I am a dedicated customer service professional with extensive experience in various roles, including cashier, scheduler, and kennel technician. My journey began at Sam's Club, where I honed my skills in assisting members and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role laid the foundation for my commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication.

Currently, I work at Palestine Regional Medical Center as a cashier, where I manage the food line independently while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers. My previous experience at East Texas Children’s Therapy Services as a scheduler has equipped me with strong organizational skills, allowing me to coordinate appointments efficiently and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.

Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for helping others, whether it’s serving food, caring for animals, or assisting patients. I am eager to leverage my customer service experience in a position that offers opportunities for growth and advancement.
