At 2K Games, I built and evaluated Python and Claude Code analysis tools, including synthesis agents and a source-cited, AI-queryable research repository. After a live-study pilot, the tools rolled out across the organization and cut synthesis time 75%.
At Blizzard Entertainment, I used telemetry analysis, follow-up research, and A/B tests to identify and validate a redesign of a weak safety-reporting flow. Earlier, I designed and analyzed experiments and surveys at The Graduate Center, CUNY and Cal State University, L.A., contributing to policy reforms in California and police policy reform in the US, Canada, and Europe.
